SCIENCE AWARENESS PROGRAMME FOR SCHOOL STUDENTS 2025-26

The Kerala Science Congress is the State’s leading forum for showcasing science, technology, and innovation. Organized annually by KSCSTE, it brings together researchers, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and students to share ideas and solutions for sustainable development. The event features keynote lectures, technical paper presentations, startup showcases, exhibitions, interactive programmes for young minds and Memorial Lectures. Guided by a focal theme each year, the Congress highlights Kerala’s priorities in technology transformation and future growth. It continues to serve as a vibrant hub that inspires innovation and collaboration for a green and prosperous future.

38th Kerala Science Congress will be held during 30th January – 2nd February 2026 at St. Albert's College, Kochi, Ernakulam organised by Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment (KSCSTE), in association with KSCSTE-National Transportation Planning and Research Centre (NATPAC), Thiruvananthapuram and St. Albert's College, Kochi. 38th KSC will be inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala on 31st January 2026. The theme of KSC is “Ocean Science for Blue Economy and Ecosystem Restoration”

As a prelude of the 38th KSC, it was decided to organise Science Awareness Programmes in all the Educational Sub Districts of Kerala in association with the Environment Education programme.
