Facilities

Accommodation:

Accommodation will be provided free of cost to delegates under the “Student” and “Project Staff” categories. Applicants are requested to clearly mention and mark their accommodation requirements during online registration.

Photo ID Requirement:

All participants must carry valid Photo ID cards to be presented at the hotel, guest house, or any designated place of accommodation.

Environmental Responsibility:

Delegates are kindly requested to avoid the use of plastic bottles and carry bags at the Kerala Science Congress venue, in keeping with eco-friendly practices.

Attendance Requirement:

The Kerala Science Congress is a three-day event. All registered participants are required to ensure their presence on all three days.
Participation and duty certificates will be issued only for the days attended.
